Charleston Town Center announces a Register to Vote campaign, launched during Flag Day ceremonies, June 14th, at noon in the center’s Center Court. The mall presented voter’s registration opportunities that afternoon through cooperation with the West Virginia Secretary of State’s Office.

Now through the November ’08 Presidential Election, Charleston Town Center will present numerous opportunities for West Virginia residents to register to vote, with the cooperation of the Kanawha County Clerk’s Office and the West Virginia Secretary of State. A goal of 500 registrations has been set to achieve between now and October 2008.

Here are the confirmed dates for our Register to Vote drive:

October 13, 2007 (registration only)
January 17, 2008 (registration only)
April 4 & 5, 2008 (registration and voting machine demo)
April 15 & 16, 2008 (registration and voting machine demo)
August 8, 2008 (registration only)
September 4, 2008 (registration only)
October 10 & 11, 2008 (registration and voting machine demo)
October 20 & 21, 2008 (registration and voting machine demo)
