If your merchandise complements our mix and you are accepted into the program, rent is based upon a number of variables. Generally, rent for a Retail Merchandising Unit from Jan- Oct is around $1,500 per month. Inline store space is priced according to product, size of store and the location within the center. Please use this as a guide only for planning as rents will be different if you are selling fresh cut flowers vs. cell phones, holiday pricing, Nov/Dec, will also be different. Leases are very flexible and can range anywhere from three days to one-year. There are other details/charges included in monthly rent that are product/location specific as well.
Charleston Town Center recently upgraded its Retail Merchandising Units (click on attached picture below) allowing businesses to showcase merchandise on a new state-of-the-art unit.
