Mall walkers

Get into shape and go at your own pace as you enjoy the "Walk of the Town" Mall Walkers Club at Charleston Town Center.

Mall Walkers kicked off our monthly breakfast meeting at Starbucks on September 16, 2008.

We are pleased to present Saint Francis Hospital as our walking club sponsor. Join us each morning and enjoy self-paced walking exercise and good health, along with occasional "surprise" guest walkers and special prizes. Monthly meetings will be a treat when hosts, Katrina Scarpelli Mulyono, Marketing Coordinator for Charleston Town Center Mall, and Mary Williams, Marketing Director for Saint Francis Hospital, serve up refreshments along with guest speakers and information on lively topics about our community, the mall and your good health.

It's easy to join the CTC Mall Walkers Club.

Join us the third Tuesday of every month from October through April at 8:30 a.m. at Starbucks, for more information. We present guest speakers of interest and screenings.
